I wanted to keep it fairly simple, due to the fact that this serves a a home page for the game only. I created the animation where the soccer ball appears to be kicked out of the stadium and lands under the game options. After it lands, the ball rolls from side to side before settling in to the middle of the screen. After that the gamer is prompted to select one of the three possible options.
I like the soccer ball and the way it rolls around. Maybe make the words flash or something to draw your eye closer to the screen?
ReplyDeletewell designed title screen. have the ball go behind the menu options i think would be an interesting part of the animation. based on your drawing you showed last week, i think you could start to build your own elements in photoshop. you should really take that drawing, and build out each element on its own layer so that they can all animate.
